Our Xmas show 2005 was a great success. It all took place in Christopher Whitehead School hall on Sunday 11th December. The show was a whopping three and a half hours from start to finish - ROCK! For a few pre-show photos click here.

The show kicked off with Lee and Jake doing an excellent drum solo together on two kits. This was followed by ensembles performed by our vocalists, guitarists and bassists for which the audience showed their appreciation. All the tutors were pleased too!

Then the bands kicked off with 'Oversize Pizza' and 'Zip-It', our two Junior WSRP bands. Those in the audience were entertained by Brian falling over on stage before they started playing. This was quickly forgotten as the excellent quality of these two performances became apparent.

The Senior WSRP bands started after the Juniors. There were many excellent performances on the night. Rebel Sheep Say Moo did themselves proud with an excellent rendition of AC/DC's 'Back in Black'. Skunkator Reunited (aka, Fred, Joe and Mark) were simply amazing - fantastic guitar playing and some great drumming too. Ben's 'down on his knees' guitar playing during 'Crazy Train' was a highlight, as was Luke's crazy on-stage antics. Bullet Theory deserve a huge mention for all their hard work and commitment this term, and Bypass did themselves proud with all their band members on stage! The list could go on and on.

All the tutors and everyone who attended the show were very impressed with quality of all the performances. Well done to everyone and see you next term!
